William K. Guerry
EVP & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Guerry joined FutureTrade
from Sync Research, Inc. a publicly held wide-area networking
hardware and software company, where he served as Chief Financial
Officer and then moved into the role of President and CEO. During
that time, he successfully completed a merger with a division
of Osicom Technologies facilitating a significant shift into
the high growth storage networking market. Before Sync, Mr.
Guerry spent 10 years with Ernst & Young LLP as an audit senior
manager focused on high technology and manufacturing environments
dealing with areas of finance, accounting, Securities and Exchange
Commission matters, initial and secondary public offerings and
mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Guerry is a Certified Public Accountant
in California and received his BS in Accounting from the California
Polytechnic University.
